MISS TESS

Miss Tess, a Pan-Asian restaurant inspired by a story. A story about a sophisticated Asian woman whom, fascinated by the rich and diverse cuisine found throughout Asia, decided to go on an adventure to find the perfect dishes and flavours that would one day, represent her dream restaurant.
As you journey through Miss Tess take a quick peak through the live cooking stations where we showcase our Chefs at work – hot woks, sizzling pots; frying dumplings and flying dim sums, to get you amped for what is to come in the ‘Main Square’.
Accompanied by entertaining shows and a vibrant ambience, Miss Tess is renowned for bringing people close to her story and discovering the rich flavours rooted deep in Asian beauty and culture. After seven years of successful operation, Miss Tess is surely an entertaining and amusing gastronomical experience.
TABU
THE ST. REGIS DOWNTOWN – DUBAI, UAE
A concept we conceived two years prior to its inception. When we first saw the space in the St. Regis Hotel, we instantly knew it was the perfect fit. Our minds were inundated with ideas. To put it in a sentence: A one-of-a-kind modern Japanese dining experience that combines theatrical food, storytelling, and artistic talent.
Two giant sumo statues positioned to look like they are holding up the Burj Khalifa got Tabū listed as one of the most Instagrammable venues in Dubai. Artistic talents flown in monthly from all around the world to perform. Japanese sumo wrestlers exhibiting a wrestling tournament on Tabū’s specially crafted dohyo.
Tabū presented sushi master classes, traditional Kaitai ceremonies, skilled Shodō masters, Tabū magazine, and even featured in Emirates’ inflight entertainment.
The success of Tabū was evident in the enthusiastic patronage it received.
We were also quite thrilled when Tabū was nominated as Dubai’s Disrupter of The Year in the inaugural year.
HAYAL

‘HAYAL’ is the Turkish word to describe daydreams and daydreaming. As the name promises; guests at Hayal are immersed in a unique, and deeply creative dining experience.
Doing research for this venue in 2021 allowed our team the opportunity to travel to Istanbul and have a first-hand journey of vibrant fresh flavours, and eclectic energy of Türkiye. Upon returning extremely inspired, we decided that this concept would be our love letter to the buzzing city streets of Istanbul.
Particularly noteworthy are the featured ‘Pop Art’ style visuals all around the venue to help tell the story of Istanbul, where tradition meets modernity, and creativity has no boundaries.
Completely curated, unique, exciting, inspiring, and unforgettable. All of Türkiye.

BRASS MONKEY
BLUEWATERS ISLAND – DUBAI, UAE
Your place to grow young again! We started with this project in July of 2019. A two-storey entertainment venue that promises hours of fun, featuring 12 bowling lanes, VR racing simulators and one of the best games arcades in Dubai, Brass Monkey has grown to be quite the hangout spot.
On the ground floor, enjoy American-inspired comfort food such as pizzas and tacos at Americana or level up with Pan-Asian dishes like gyozas and bao buns at Bushido on the first floor.
Watching the transformation of this venue was truly exciting and even though this was one of the concepts that were affected by Covid prior to first opening, it has certainly developed into a fun and enjoyable venue that brings family and friends together.
Brass Monkey has recently unveiled its second venue at City Walk, Dubai, with plans for further expansion across the GCC in the years ahead.

A home-grown Mediterranean restaurant with a Cuban soul, where you can drink, dine, and dance to the beat of the Mambo, located in the most iconic hotel in the country: The Galle Face Hotel.
The lounge restaurant is casual but trendy with 50s style warm interiors accented by bold mementos to its Cuban influence.
